On the technical side we aim to combine remote sensing systems with model fields and direct measurements. Remote sensing at LCRS includes the reception and processing of satellite data from various sensors at the Marburg Satellite Station (MSS) and a range of ground-based remote sensing instrumentation at our meteorological station.
Our student lab is the primary hub of our teaching activities. Student assistants and students preparing their theses find the tools needed to complete their research and tasks.
